Once a client has invested in a 1:1 coaching programme and the coaching engagement has commenced, I operate a no refund policy. This is because a client has invested in a coaching programme as a whole, not for individual sessions, and the programme has been priced accordingly. The no refund policy also reflects the amount of time I set aside for preparing for and attending sessions, writing detailed notes for a client after each session, and the email support offered in-between calls.
